01·Our approach
Diagnostic
We identify together what slows you down. Repetitive tasks, missing tools, automations that would change your week. Without this step, everything else misses.

What we do
A RucheLab diagnostic is a structured conversation of sixty to ninety minutes. You describe a typical day, we map your flows, we spot the frictions.
We start with your real day. Not the dream day, not last week's workshop day. What you actually did yesterday, how long each task took, what annoyed you.
Then we list your tools. The official ones, the ones you love, and above all the hacks. The spreadsheet lying around, the forgotten Google Drive folder, the overflowing inbox. Hacks tell the story.
We identify three to five projects. Not twenty. Three to five, ranked by effort-to-gain. You leave with a clear order, not a list that discourages you.
A telling example
A coach in career change: five hours reclaimed every week
A coach we worked with thought she was losing time on content writing. In the diagnostic, we saw the real hole elsewhere: she answered recurring prospect questions by email, ten to fifteen times a week, all by hand.
In one session, we mapped her standard replies, picked the right templating tool, and wrote a first pipeline. Five hours a week reclaimed the following week. The real gain was not on writing but on a flow she did not even see anymore.

- A written map of your typical day, with frictions located
- Three to five prioritized projects, ranked by effort-gain
- A readable summary note, shareable to a partner or contractor
