How François manages 250 affiliates with AI
François is a naturopath. Not a developer. Not tech. He had never opened a terminal before January 2026.
Today, his AI tools do 8 hours of work a day for him. He spends his time with his community and his clients, not behind a screen.
Here's what happened.
The problem
François trains naturopaths. He built a community of 250 affiliates who follow his programs, ask questions, share their progress.
Before AI, his week looked like this:
- Monday-Tuesday: answering community messages (2-3h)
- Wednesday: preparing the week's content, writing a newsletter (3h)
- Thursday: managing affiliates, following up with inactive ones, tracking payments (2h)
- Friday: client consultations (the only thing that directly makes money)
The math is simple: 4 out of 5 days spent on repetitive tasks. 1 out of 5 days doing the work that pays.
What changed
François learned to use Claude Code starting from zero. Not by taking an online course. By building, with hands-on coaching.
In 3 months, he set up:
1. An automated response system for his community. Recurring questions (80% of volume) are handled automatically. Claude knows François's content, his tone, his recommendations. The answers are accurate and personalized.
2. A semi-automated content pipeline. François records his ideas as audio. Claude transcribes, structures, and produces a first draft newsletter. François reviews, adjusts the tone, and publishes. What took 3 hours now takes 45 minutes.
3. An affiliate tracking dashboard. Who's active, who's dropping off, who needs a follow-up. Instead of digging through spreadsheets, François opens a dashboard and knows exactly where each affiliate stands.
The results
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| 4 days/week on admin | 1 day/week |
| 1 day/week with clients | 4 days/week |
| Newsletter: 3h writing | 45 min review |
| Affiliate tracking: manual, approximate | Automated, precise |
The most important part: François didn't replace his work with AI. He replaced the repetitive tasks so he could focus on what he does best, working with his clients.
What this means for you
François is not an exceptional case. He's a naturopath who decided to learn. No technical background. No computer science degree. Just discipline and structured coaching.
If you're a coach, therapist, trainer, or independent with a community to manage and content to produce, the same scenario applies to you.
The first step: a free 20-minute diagnostic to identify what's slowing you down and what AI can change.
See you next Tuesday.
